Request help or deletion
For any of our games, request deletion of personal information held by Biolab Games by emailing support@biolabgames.com with the subject “Game data deletion request”. Name the title or titles concerned, state what you would like deleted, and include the email address or other information needed to locate the record.
We may ask for enough information to verify the request. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or identity documents unless a secure, appropriate verification process has been agreed.
Remove Google Play Games data
For titles using Google Play Games, Google provides controls to delete individual titles’ Play Games data. Follow Google’s deletion instructions and select the relevant title. Removing this data can permanently remove cloud progress. It does not delete information held separately by the studio.
Remove data from your device
For our Android titles, open Apps in Android Settings, select the relevant title, and use its storage controls to clear app data. Menu names vary by device. This removes local settings and saves and can permanently remove progress. Storage controls for other platforms may differ.
Automatic syncing or a device backup may restore data. Where available, disable automatic cloud sync in the relevant title’s settings before clearing local storage, and manage the cloud copy separately if you want to remove both. Avoid reconnecting and syncing a remaining save if you do not want it uploaded again.
Resetting progress is different
Reset behaviour varies between our games and may preserve purchases, currency, or other records. Check the relevant title’s reset information before continuing. A reset should not be treated as a complete privacy deletion request.
What may remain
Google manages its own advertising, account, and transaction records. A request to Biolab Games cannot delete your Google Account or all records held by Google. Any records that must be retained for a legal reason need to be identified when handling a request, with the reason and applicable retention period.
